We continue to introduce lean manufacturing in order to minimize all types of losses, increase the efficiency of resource usage, labor and product safety. We do all of this to meet the needs of our customers in a best way.
June for Univest is LeanBattle’s time, a month of continuous improvement in all aspects of the work. For the third week, company employees have been seized by a storm of ideas. Together with the employees of the Progress Service shoe factory, which is our partner in the competition, they introduced almost 400 improvements in the first two weeks of the event.
